Kim Quick

Transformational Life and Relationship Coach

Martha Childress

Sol Feather Retreat Owner and Facilitator

Hello,  I'm Kim,  Creator of Authentic Space

After 15 years as a CPA, I found myself burned out, unhappy, and struggling with chronic insomnia. In a desperate attempt to heal, I walked into a yoga class—and everything shifted. Not only did my sleep improve, but I also discovered a deeper sense of peace and connection to myself.

And.... life gave me a wake-up call!

I was fired from my job.  What felt devastating at the time became a profound opening to be self expressed and follow my true heart's desires.  That moment launched my new career as a Wellness Coach offering sessions  to corporations and individuals.  Continuing my journey in personal development I became a Certified Transformational Life & Relationship Coach, launching Kim Quick Coaching,  weaving together somatic therapy, mindfulness, and the wisdom of nature to guide others toward greater peace, purpose, and fulfillment.

Five years ago, I followed my heart to Sedona—the same magical place where my husband proposed. During that time, I also worked with Sedona Soul Adventures Retreats as a coach and practitioner, which gave me the inspiration to begin creating my own retreats for women.  The red rocks and healing energy here are unlike anywhere else, and they continue to inspire my work and my life.

I invite you to join me in Sedona for the Nature & Nurture Retreat for Women—a sacred space to hit the reset button, reconnect with yourself, and be held by the beauty of nature.

This is your time to step away from the noise, take care of you, nurture your spirit, and return home with renewed clarity, peace, and joy.

Hello, I'm Martha,   Creator of Memorable Spaces

For as long as I can remember, creating welcoming spaces for people has been my passion.  Whether hosting retreats, community events, or even opening my doors as an Airbnb Superhost (with over 900 glowing guest stays!),  I love putting others first and making them feel at home.

Nurturing people and curating spaces unforgettable experiences is my calling.

My background is rooted in wellness and service. As publisher of the Natural Choice Network, I spent over a decade sharing the latest in natural health, sustainable living, and spiritual growth with the Seattle and Puget Sound communities.   In addition, I am the  Director of the World Clean Water Mission for Airline Ambassadors  and partner with the Clean Water Foundation of Washington to bring safe and clean drinking water to Hopi and Navajo tribes.

Here in Sedona, Sol Feather has become more than a retreat center—it’s a gathering place, a sanctuary, and a space where magic unfolds. We’ve hosted Hopi ceremonies, community events, and unforgettable gatherings.  I’ve stood in awe watching a Hopi Rain Dance,  as the skies shifted, and rain poured down upon the sacred ceremony —a reminder of the profound beauty and power of nature and spirit when people come together with intention.

At my core, I’m a natural host.  I love contributing to others’ journeys and offering a sacred space where women can reset, reconnect, and return to themselves.

Every retreat at Sol Feather is designed to be special, heart-centered, and deeply transformative.

I warmly invite you to join me for the Nature & Nurture Retreat for Women to experience the beauty of Sedona, the healing of nature, and the nurturing embrace of Sol Feather Retreat.   Isn't it about time someone took care of you?
